I have always relied upon Nation to hire domestic helpers for me over more than 20 years.  My current helper has stayed with me for 6 years going on to 7. Mary Kang is the representative I liaise with all along. She  is someone I can trust and have come to rely upon for years.  Mary is very knowledgeable of MOM laws & criteria and also patiently takes note of employer's requirements to do the match. Mary also helped with the extension of visa  & to complete the necessary documentation. Ms Yeo assists us to engage the services of a helper for my elderly father. She is attentive to the needs of my parents and make a very good recommendation for the helper. As I have a young toddler, What I really appreciate is how well she understands my family’s needs — She was also very thorough in briefing the helper on our expectations and concerns beforehand. Her experience really shows, and I feel reassured knowing that I have someone reliable to turn to if I need help. The after-sales service is especially important when finding a helper, and Jasmine has given me confidence that I won’t be left alone after the placement. Just collected my new helper, and so far everything has been smooth. Hopefully all will work out well, but I’m confident that if any issues arise, Jasmine will be there to help and resolve them. Michelle is a really experienced agent that I would highly recommend. She took the time to understand my family’s requirements well and focused on finding a good fit. I think it is a real bonus that she can speak conversational Burmese which helps with the screening and interview process, while also highlighting her commitment to this field. Unfortunately my MIL passed away recently, so need to transfer employer's name. This process is actually an easy on going but because of MOM strictly rules, making very difficult to go thru the process but with the assistance of Jolene Chee from Jurong East, she assisted us all the way thru and we dont have to worry about the switching of the employer's name. Have been with Nation since our 1st born who is now 15 yo. Choo Weiyi was the 1st consultant we 1st met at Toa Payoh Branch. She has never failed to match the right helper for us. She left for a while and we were so delighted to hear about her return few years back and we went back to her again even though she is stationed at Jurong now which is further away from our resident. Weiyi has never failed to help us whenever we have problems with helpers. She gave good advices, ensure all my helpers were probably trained and meet our requirements before sending them to us. Nation’s training to helpers have been the most professionals one. I said this because I have been to others so there is a comparison. Weiyi answered to our queries even after her working hours. She has lots of patience not just towards customers but also with the maids. My command of Bahasa is limited and she will help me communicate with them. I would like to express my heartfully Thank you to Jurong West Branch WeiYi... especially during this very painful period. She put in so much extra effort to update me daily. As suddenly due to Covid there are many update on Government policy. My new helper need to be Qurantine suddenly and not able to go to MOM to do their thumbprint etcetc. But She assure me and update me every step that need to be taken and also assure me and calm me down great patient and delication!! The moment she know that i am able to claim for my new helper stay in period, she quickly email me all the link, documents i need to submit and how i can go abt doing it step by step to claim from MOM. Nation is really very fortunate to have such a delicate staff like her. After i pick up my maid, she still Whatapp me to check on her progress... Thank you so Much WeiYi!
