2023
Nation was awarded the COVID-19 Resilience Certificate for being part of the industry-led Workgroup on safe entry of migrant domestic workers through additional safe management measures.
Nation became the first employment agency in Singapore to receive the Data Protection Trust Mark Certification by the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) in recognition of our robust and responsible data protection practices.

Won the Gold Award for 'Maid Agency' category for the second time in the Reader's Digest Quality Service Award 2021.

2019
Nation became the first and only FDW employment agency in Singapore to be awarded the May Day Award 2019 - Partner of Labour Movement for our contribution to support the welfare of FDWs through competency training and other programmes.
2018
Nation joined NTUC Learning Hub’s pilot programme for FDWs to achieve Assessment-Only-Pathway (AOP) skills certification.
Nation partnered with Aaxonn, a caregiver training provider to enhance our Elderly Care Training Programme for FDWs.
2017
Granted Pearson Assured status by Pearson Education Limited to offer selected FDWs Pearson-accredited training. Attainment of such status demonstrates that our processes meet international quality benchmarks, and that each FDW on the programme receives the same standard of education and training provision

Received Singapore Brand 2011 Award, in recognition of our high-quality services, excellent management and rigorous financial control.
2010
Accredited as the exclusive training provider for Singapore by British Butler Institute International, allowing Nation to provide our customers with the option of additional personalised training services for their FDWs. The British Butler Institute is an internationally-recognised butler and front of house training school.
2009
Entered into the Singapore Book of Records for being the only FDW employment agency in Singapore to have a URA-approved boarding house for FDWs
2007
We were entered into the Singapore Book of Records for being the only FDW employment agency in Singapore to be a MOM accredited training provider to conduct the FDW-Employer Orientation Programme since 2007.

We are CASE TRUST accredited for good business practices since 2005. This is our effort to take care of customer's benefits. We promise to deliver optimal services to our customers.
This accreditation by MOM recognizes that we are under the Foreign Manpower Management Division’s Accredited Training Provider Scheme, and can conduct the ‘Classroom FDW-Employers’ Orientation Programme’ for employers.
Entered into the Singapore Book of Records for being the largest FDW employment agency with 50,000 customers.
Entered into the Singapore Book of Records for being the first and only FDW employment agency in Singapore to have an NSRS-Approved Assessment and Training Centre offering INSRS-Approved Training Programmes by within our office premises.
2002
Nation partnered with AIA to provide protection coverage for the domestic helper. With AIA Domestic Help Guard, employers can now enjoy a peace of mind.
2000
Nation entered into partnership with ECON Careskill Training Centre (ECTC) Pte Ltd. to offer the specialised course "Care for the Elderly" to equip caregivers with practical information during the caregiving process. Training includes taking care of the elderly personal hygiene routines to developing solutions to manage medical emergency situations.

The first employment agency in Singapore to receive PSB ISO 9001:2008 certification, in recognition of our effective quality management systems and quality services to our valuable customers.

Nation make its first entry into the Singapore Book of Records for being the first FDW employment agency in Singapore to be ISO 9001:2008 certified by PSB.
