·         Infant or toddler is talked to where applicable using appropriate tone and positive language

·         Health and safety requirements are adhered to at all times in accordance with established health and safety standards

Feed infant or toddler

·         Infant or toddler is prepared for feeding in a manner that he/she is positioned properly and attire or bib is put on
