As a Nation customer, you have access to our range of value-added services. These are essential support services which would help you to feel more at ease when your FDW is deployed in your household.

On-Site Training

Each household is unique and has its own requirements. Nation can develop a customised training programme for your helper if you have special household needs. If you require this value-added service, our trainers will arrange the training at your home based on your schedule.

Counselling services

Our FDWs come from various source countries, each with their unique culture, language and dietary habits, among others. If this is their first time working in Singapore, they would usually take some time to settle and assimilate into the local culture and living environment.

Our dedicated team of counsellors speak the languages of our FDWs and they are ready to assist if there are any communication gaps with you and your household members.
