Clean utensils, crockery and cutlery

·         Cutlery, crockery and utensils are sorted and stacked before work activities

·         Food particles and stains on cutlery, crockery and utensils are removed systematically in correct manner in accordance with procedure without causing damage

·         All cleaned cutlery, crockery and utensils are wipe dry and returned to designated storage area

·         Broken cutlery, crockery and utensils (if any) are properly disposed

Clean domestic kitchen fixtures, furniture and surfaces

·         Kitchen fixtures, furniture and surfaces are assessed before commencement of work activities

·         Appropriate tools, equipment and chemicals are used to clean domestic kitchen fixtures, furniture and surfaces

·         Domestic kitchen fixtures, furniture and surfaces are freed from stains

·         Domestic kitchen fixtures, furniture and surfaces are cleaned systematically and safely without causing damage

Clean domestic kitchen appliances

·         Domestic kitchen appliances are freed from stains

·         Domestic kitchen appliances are cleaned without causing damage

·         Domestic electrical and gas appliances are switched off during cleaning process

Clean domestic kitchen floors

·         Loose dust and debris are cleared using correct cleaning agents with appropriate removal process

·         Stains and soilages are identified and removed using correct removal process

·         Floors are cleaned and dried without causing damage

Reinstate work area

·         Used cleaning equipment are cleaned

·         All debris are disposed of in refuse chutes and trash liners are replaced on rubbish bins

·         Domestic kitchen is inspected for cleanliness and defects
